once your discovery call is booked
I. Your Discovery Call
Jess will meet with you over a phone or video call to discuss what you have planned for your wedding day/week. Based on your timelines, and locations, she will get an idea of how many hours of coverage may be needed to tell the full story of how everything will unfold.
II. Your Custom Collection
The goal of your call for Jess to create 1-2 unique offers for just for the two of you based on how much coverage you need and what she recommends. Once you've accepted your offer, she'll ensure you are happy with what was presented, and move into the final step. While you make your decision, your date is temporarily held in our calendar for one week.
III. Securing your date(s)
Jess will gather information for your digital contract. Once signed, your retainer fee can be submitted to lock in your requested date(s) into her calendar.
From here, you are welcome to book in your engagement session date. A few weeks prior to your celebration, Jess will check in with you to review timelines, retrieve family portrait shot lists, and answer any questions you may have.

Yes. We regularly document celebrations across Canada and beyond. Travel proposals are customized based on location.
What is the payment structure?
A retainer is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due closer to the wedding.
Do you assist with timeline planning?
Yes. Planning support and timeline refinement are included with all full-day collections to ensure a seamless experience.
Do you work with wedding planners?
Yes. We collaborate seamlessly with planners and vendor teams to ensure the day unfolds smoothly and efficiently.
How soon will we receive our images?
A curated preview is delivered shortly after the wedding, with full galleries delivered within a specified timeframe within approximately 4-5 months depending on the season and scale of the celebration.
What if we feel awkward? We've never been photographed before.
